Arsene is currently a Postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Statistics in Biosciences of the Dortmund University of Technology in the areas of Robust Time Series Analysis.
Arsene completed his doctorate studies at the Chair of Statistics in Biosciences of the Dortmund University of Technology. His thesis addressed the development of a robust statistical test to predict structural break in time series.
